Proven experience (8+ years) in AI product development and product/project management.

Minimum 5 years experience in a people leadership role focused on employee growth and development.

Knowledge of technology stacks used in cloud-based products to thoughtfully engage with developers on technical decisions related to your product

Help engineers develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles

MS or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant industry experience architecting, building and operating customer facing software systems

3-5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management and/or equivalent experience in Enterprise SaaS, full lifecycle management.

Participation in product management & agile team meetings and activities.

Work with product marketing to develop product’s value proposition, features/benefits.

Invest in gaining expertise of the market, user personas, functional & domain knowledge.

Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure the product remains aligned with overall product strategy & deliverables.

Agile experience and sprint execution.

Engineering or Technical Degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in a software development or product management environment.

·Condair Configure APIs – Remote load sizing and product configuration optimized for OEMs

·Work closely with other GPMs and local Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to collect additional market feedback

·Translate user inputs into feature requirements

·Groom and manage the backlog

Solid OOP skills & experience

Immediate need for 2 full stack Software Product Engineers with the following skills & experience:

2-5+ years of full stack software development experience

Must have software product experience, preferably, SaaS software products

Microsoft Azure or other Cloud experience – preferred

Must have strong problem solving & coding skills
