Overview An Associate People Business Partner (APBP) is a human resources professional who works with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s people and culture. The APBP is responsible for providing guidance and support to the organization’s people and culture initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Detailed Job Description The Associate People Business Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to the organization’s people and culture initiatives. This includes developing and implementing strategies that support the organization’s people and culture, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. The APBP will also work with business leaders to ensure that the organization’s people and culture initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s people and culture

• Ability to provide guidance and support to the organization’s people and culture initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies that support the organization’s people and culture
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
