Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling XR experiences.

Working with Jira as the project management software.

Collaborate with the Agile Project Manager, Lead Designer, and 3D Modellers to align creative vision, technical feasibility, and project timelines.

Support the deployment of third-party custom-made XR experiences at all campuses.

Manage all XR deployment content on an integrated learning platform.

Manage the GitHub account for versioning and merging of XR code.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with databases (ie- Experiential Learning Management Systems, Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems)

Posts placement opportunities for students using the college’s learning management system and experimental learning management system systems

Familiarity with contract management, policies, process documentation, and occupational health and safety protocols

Contacts employers to confirm specific requirements and availability for student placements

Screens student resumes ensuring requirements are met for employers

Tracks student interview progress and placement offers

Superior time management and organizational skills, ability to effectively manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

A minimum of two-year post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assist in determining program eligibility based on residency status in Canada, language levels, funder/program requirements, College policies.

Liaising with the division’s Associate Dean and Operations Manager as necessary to process part-time faculty contracts.

Experience in a postsecondary environment and familiarity with college registration processes is an asset.

Practical experience in an office environment including proficiency with word processing and data/spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Develop, implement and evaluate new initiatives and programs geared towards improving Indigenous students’ educational experience;

A Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership, Indigenous Studies or a related field or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.

Significant experiences with Indigenous cultures, communities and organizations and experience working with Indigenous communities, Elders and Knowledge Keepers.

Enhancing academic programming for Indigenous learners and Indigenous knowledge transmission for non-Indigenous people;

Facilitating the embedding of Indigenous Knowledge and values throughout the College.

Support the work to increase pathways to education for all Indigenous learners. (i.e., Pathways to Indigenous Empowerment);

A minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible business/ budgetary administration experience, preferably at a post-secondary institution.

Three (3) Year Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting

Master's Degree in social sciences, humanities, STEM or business administration, or acceptable combination of equivalent experience

Experience synthesizing findings in written reports, presentations and other informational materials

Experience researching and analyzing market data including performing market research, competitive landscape analysis and environmental scans

Experience with grant development and grant writing with a track-record of success

Demonstrated effective organization, time management, and planning skills;

A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible budgetary/Finance administration experience, preferably at a post-secondary institution;

Demonstrated skill in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel at advance level;

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to deal with College employees of all levels and outside clients;

Minimum three (3) year diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or a related field;

Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to manage projects, and prioritize work effectively

Experience with developing and delivering education sessions and materials is an asset, but not required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills including public speaking and ability to demonstrate professionalism

Ability to self-manage, and work independently with low supervision

Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.

Residence Life work experience is an asset, but not required

Education, Experience and other Qualifying skills:

Experience working with databases a strong asset (e.g., Oracle). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Lists).

Knowledge of the research funding landscape in Canada and Quebec as well of research administration in general.
