Youtube Marketing Assistant Jobs

Vireo Video is looking for a driven Marketing Assistant to join our tenacious and fast growing team to support our client marketing.

This role will require you to communicate with our clients and team daily and to help develop and deliver YouTube Marketing services for our awesome clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting: Create monthly reports for clients
• YouTube SEO Optimization and research for Clients
• Assist and Create Strategy Research, Tactics, and Development for clients using critical thinking based on Youtube's Analytic Data and Current Trend
• Client Communication: Communicating directly with clients (24hr max weekday policy)
• Video Ad Planning + Scripting

• Ability to understand data such as Audience Retention, and CTR and make informed suggestions and implementations from your findings.
• A skilled communicator and writer
• Video Production proficiency: to conceptualize, Plan, Script + Manage Internal Video Production for our own marketing and future courses
• Creative mind to craft ads that reach the customer where they are in the sales funnel - An understanding of the customer journey
• Proactive: is proactive, meaning that they take the initiative to anticipate and address problems or issues before they become major issues.
• High attention to detail, knows how to prioritize and works well under pressure
• Google Ads Certified: Video (Nice to have)
• YouTube Optimization Experience and/or a YouTube Channel you’ve managed or built
• Self Starter - Finding key areas to help generate business for ourselves or clients, and being able to implement new value adds and upsells.
• Resourceful- able to find creative solutions to challenges and can figure out how to get things done even when faced with obstacles or limited resources.
• Independent Worker- is comfortable working on their own and doesn't need constant direction or supervision to produce high-quality work.

We manage a spectrum of YouTube channels in a variety of industries from education, beauty, tech, and working with large thought Leaders like Eckhart Tolle, and JP Sears.

Work:You will be working remotely (from anywhere) for this position and communicate via Google Meet, Google Hangouts (On Video)

Hours:up to 40 Per Week

Qualifications:

YouTube Marketing: 2 Years (Preferred)

YouTube Advertising: 1 Year (Preferred)

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
