Job Description
The Role: Western Canada Business Unit Manager


Location: Calgary (home office)


Our client is a manufacturer of high-performing and cost effective pumps, mixers, and mixing systems that help organizations cut costs, improve manufacturing times, and increase profitability. They are a proud partnership of three industry-leading brands under one roof.


Our client is looking for a Western Canada Business Unit Manager to work remotely from their home office in Calgary. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for driving new revenue in their territory, along with coaching, mentoring and leading a team of 2 Regional Sales Managers.


Compensation


  • $115K-$130K base + quarterly commission (would consider guaranteed commission during first 6 months)
  • Comprehensive Benefits

  • Total commission year 1: $30K-$40K (first year OTE of $145k-$170k)


Requirements


  • Bonus: Sandler sales process or additional sales training
  • 3+ years of rotating equipment technical sales experience, preferably in pumps and mixers
  • MUST have Experience selling through different distribution channels
  • Current or previous leadership experience
  • Hunter mentality
