About The Role

Nelson Education is looking for a Classroom Success Lead based out of Western Canada. Reporting to the Executive Director of Classroom Success, you will deliver professional learning services to educators and board administrators, integrating digital teaching into classrooms, and fostering creativity and curiosity among educators. You have a background in adult training and are dedicated to enhancing educator capacity through the effective implementation of the Edwin platform.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver engaging professional development sessions to educators and administrators.
• Collaborate with district leaders to seamlessly integrate the Edwin platform into teaching practices.
• Conduct real-time online training sessions on topics including classroom implementation and integrated lesson planning.
• Cultivate a culture of creativity and curiosity among educators to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide tailored training to facilitate the effective use of Edwin in daily teaching.

Requirements

• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.
• Demonstrated passion for facilitating connections and collaborations among educators and administrators to foster shared learning experiences.
• Provincially Certified Teacher credentials and a post-secondary education.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives efficiently, maintaining a sense of urgency and results-driven approach.
• Proficient technology skills, including comfort with various online tools.
• Customer-focused mindset, with strong attention to detail and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for travel and flexibility to conduct presentations both in person and online beyond standard business hours.
