Tool Room Manager (Assembly / Prototype)

One of our Tier-1 automotive clients is looking for a Tool Room / Production Manager for their Assembly department.
Responsibilities -
Create scheduled and approve time sheets for the department.
Lead meetings and guide the department to achieve objectives.
Review results, drawings, reports and releases as required and maintain the confidentiality of all personnel information
Responsible to prepare quotations and estimates as required and also lead the hiring and review of department employees.
Preparing annual budget (including staffing requirements), track department performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the budgeted targets are met or exceeded
Review and approve work orders, purchase orders, invoices and complete programs and invoice them.
Supervise and advise the Prototype, Quality and Assembly department.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have a Tool and Die background or a Tool Room Supervisor experience.
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the running of a toolroom or prototype sho
