À titre de membre clé de notre équipe nationale des revenus, relevant directement du Directeur des ventes du Québec, vous stimulerez les revenus globaux de votre région, en participant aux différentes initiatives de croissance rentable de la compagnie ; en cultivant des partenariats d’affaires avec des décideurs clés auprès de clients nouveaux et actuels ; en développant nos activités actuelles par la diversification conjointement à de nouveaux principes et initiatives ; ainsi que par la prospection active de nouvelles opportunités.


Principales responsabilités


· Travailler en collaboration avec le Directeur régional et le Directeur des comptes corporatifs afin de générer des revenus stratégiques auprès des différents clients dans les territoires sous sa responsabilité.

· Mener des recherches dans son territoire assigné, soit l’est du Québec, afin d’identifier les concurrents régionaux, les nouveaux comptes potentiels et les lacunes du marché visant à accroître les revenus rentables globaux conformément aux objectifs de l’entreprise.

· Identifier, solliciter et développer les relations avec les clients dans le territoire et assurer la réalisation et la gestion des opportunités. Soutenir les initiatives de l’équipe des ventes en contribuant à la promotion des nouveaux produits et des programmes de marketing.

· Entretenir des relations solides et positives avec les clients


Qualifications requises

· 3 ans ou plus d’expérience dans un poste similaire

· Capacité à travailler dans une industrie dynamique et en constante évolution

· Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en organisation

· Personne hautement motivée et enthousiaste

· Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, avec compétences marquées en communication orale et écrite

· Maîtrise des négociations

· Compétences de présentation efficaces

· Bonne connaissance fonctionnelle des produits de la suite Windows

As a key member of our national revenue team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales – Quebec, you will drive overall revenue in Eastern Quebec, by aligning with the companies' various profitable growth initiatives, cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers with new and current customers, expand current business through diversification with new principles and initiatives as well as active prospecting of new opportunities


Key Responsibilities

·Work in coordination with both your Regional Director and the Director of Corporate Accounts to strategically drive revenue with various customers in their assigned territories.

·Conduct research within your assigned territory and to identify regional competitors, potential new accounts and market gaps set out to grow overall profitable revenue in line with company goals.

·Identify, canvas, and develop account relationships working within their territory and ensure opportunity completion and management. Support sales team initiatives by helping promote new products and marketing programs

·Maintain strong, positive customer relationships


Required Competencies

·3+ years’ experience in a similar role

·Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic industry

·Excellent time management and organizational skills

·Highly motivated and enthusiastic

·Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills

·Proficient in negotiations

·Effective presentation skills

·Good working knowledge in the Windows Suite of products
