Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, and C++. If you're experienced in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), thrive in a dynamic technical role, and possess exceptional communication skills, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to production support activities, offering expertise to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Deliver Professional Services adhering to technical and business standards, prioritizing customer success.
  • Utilize your proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, C++) to create and troubleshoot applications.
  • Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, software reviews, and system risk analysis to ensure robust and reliable software solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers to provide technical support, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage your Azure knowledge to enhance technical solutions and customer interactions.
  • Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design and coding to debugging and deployment.


Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Showcase your troubleshooting skills by efficiently resolving challenging customer issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure holistic problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Demonstrate exceptional spoken and written English communication skills; interact effectively with customers to gather information, explain issue resolutions, and provide status updates.
  • Leadership: Exhibit leadership skills in managing technically complex and sensitive customer situations.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Be the customer's advocate and guide them through resolution via phone, email, or chat.


Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills to handle complex customer situations.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in programming languages like C#, Java, and C++.
  • Azure knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a technical role such as software engineer or solutions engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; fluency in French/Spanish/Portuguese..
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in production support and customer interaction.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong grasp of code analysis, software review, risk analysis, and reliability assessment.
