Experience:

· Looking for a Technical level 2 Experienced Engineer

· 3 years of proven experience in IT Technical Support doing functions stated bellow.

· Broad experience and understanding of Networks, Servers, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

. You have knowledge of how the internet and networking works (i.e. DNS, HTTP, TLS, Certificates, etc.) and the tools and services that enable people and devices to connect to services (e.g., browsers, CDNs, proxies, etc.).

This are the functions you´ll be doing on a day-to-day basis!

· Adding memory/flash to an existing Non-End User Devices or Device

· Responding to patching requests

· Moving an existing switch or router

· Picking up any decommissioned Non-End User Devices or Device(s)

· Racking and patching any new Non-End User Devices or Device(s)

· Decommissioning a single Non-End User Devices or Device, including

· Verifying the impact of such decommissioning and/or shutting the Device down

· Installing new, or moving existing, access points for coverage expansion

· Conducting Site surveys, including asset inventory validation

· Conduct WLAN surveys; installing, decommissioning or moving WAP

· Installing, decommissioning or moving WLC

· Installing, decommissioning or moving Smart Edge

· Installing or decommissioning Firewall

· Installing, decommissioning or modifying WAN acceleration

· Installing, decommissioning or modifying the VPN Gateway; and granting Site access for the Customer’s third parties; and workplace services tasks, such as:

-Monitoring any installation or decommissioning

-Desk moves decommissioning or building desktops; and removing peripherals or adding peripherals to a workstation.

-Break/Fix Support

-Desk side support

-IMACD
