Job Description
BINX Professional Cleaning requires a Team Leader to join our amazing team.


If you are a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CUT and ENERGETIC person with an eye for detail and always have a smile on your face this position is for you!


We are looking for an individual to grow with our company that has a "Go-Getter" attitude and work ethic. So if you think this may be what you're looking for and you're ready to make your work life awesome, shoot us your resume!


You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance which would then allow us to be able to add you to our company vehicle insurance. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work every other weekend.

The Job Involves But Is Not Limited


  • Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
  • Able to work independently and work well with others
  • Being responsible for handling keys and alarm codes
  • Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with Binx standards.
  • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
  • Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products and addressing repairs or replacement as needed.


Qualifications And Skills


  • Previous team leader experience an asset
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred.


Expectations Are As Follows


  • General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
  • Time management skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.
  • Flexible working hours
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules or routines
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team.
  • Training will be provided
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule.


Salary


  • $16.75 /hour+
