We're looking for a Team Lead Robotic Process Automation to support our IS - Architecture and Infrastructure Services team.


As the Team Lead Robotic Process Automation, you are a highly motivated and experienced individual, leading a team of analysts in designing, developing, and delivering automations using Power Platform solution and other technologies. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the work of the Process Automation team which supports our core business functions by deploying automated solutions that enable our people to work more efficiently, deliver the highest levels of service to our members and support our Noble Purpose.


Reporting to the Director of Technology, the incumbent will provide leadership and senior-level expertise in the research, analysis, planning, design, installation, development, implementation, maintenance, support and overall utilization of Process Automation technologies and tools, primarily (but not limited to) Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with users and management to define system requirements and resolve problems, and you will provide direction and leadership to Process Automation Analysts. This role also has the responsibility of leading process automation projects through inception, design and implementation while ensuring standards and processes.


In addition, you will be responsible for establishing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) for the organization. The COE will provide guidance, best practices, and standards for the adoption and usage of the solution and will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base of reusable components, templates, and workflows that can be leveraged across the organization. You will collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to promote the adoption of the solution, identify areas of improvement, and ensure that the COE's standards and best practices are being followed. You will also be responsible for communicating the benefits of the COE to stakeholders and promoting its adoption within the organization.


The Team Lead Robotic Process Automation will also have the opportunity to establish a Center for Enablement (C4E), which will focus on empowering citizen developers within the organization. The C4E will provide training, support, and best practices for individuals and teams who are interested in building their own Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to identify and empower potential citizen developers and promote the adoption of Automation and ensure Federated Governance for Citizen Developers who use Power Platform and Low Code.


Requirements


To qualify, you'll need at least the following:


Experience:


  • Experience leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment involving automation projects.
  • Prior experience with Robotic Process Automation tools, preferably in Power Platform
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 5 or more years of experience and considerable skill in automation, with relevant experience in Process Automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with working in an Agile environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Education and Training:


  • Must have Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Post- secondary education in computer technology or IT related discipline from an accredited institution.


Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Additional Power Platform certifications
