Robert Half needs a Systems Administrator with expertise in networking and load-balancing. Responsibilities
  • Participate in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance evaluation, and system tuning
  • Guide and develop new designs, architectures, standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems
  • Maintain servers, load-balancers, and data storage across a variety of locations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Security
  • Proficiency in clustered and virtual storage solutions
  • Microsoft Azure experience desired
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Active Directory experience
  • Veeam Backup experience highly preferred
  • Efficient in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems
  • Practical knowledge of Cloud Storage
  • Network operating systems knowledge - as well as knowledge of programming or scripting language - is highly valued
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience required
  • A good understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching
  • Microsoft Windows Server experience
  • Adeptness in VMware
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
  • General familiarity with IT security management
