Job Description

We are looking for a senior IT recruiter who will support the Fujitsu delivery team’s objectives by acquiring top talent for our clients across the US and Canada. The successful candidate will be open to the challenges of recruiting for a wide range of skills and abilities to support our clients’ projects. Responsibilities/functions
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.
  • Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings
  • Provide information and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Assess talent and skills of applicants
  • Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates
  • Consult with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
Skills
  • Advanced sourcing techniques and proficient in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn
  • Past experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required
  • Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines including EEO
  • Familiarity with compliance laws and recruiting best practices
  • Experience recruiting for ERP and Salesforce skills
  • 5+ Years’ experience within a human resource staffing function
  • Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ Years’ experience in a corporate recruiting environment with full cycle staffing responsibility, IT recruiting experience preferred
