Manage software release activities and documentation, including coordination with all applicable stakeholders.

Manage and communicate the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedule, and product configuration to internal and external stakeholders.

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Act as a resource person to team staff, management and internal customers with respect to project status and information flow

Manage the activities of all indirect reports to ensure timely and effective completion of projects and tasks.

Assist Regulatory Affairs Department for filing & submission requirements.

Provide guidance and coaching to the other members of the Technical Services Group.

Effective root cause analysis to determine cause for failure results.

Review, challenge and execute preferred process to improve the process to cost savings or reduce deviations or cycle time.

Significant experience (5+ years) working in Internet or eCommerce Product Management with a track record of learning, achievement and success

Intellectually curious and creative, you are inventive, but also disciplined and rigorous in your approach to product management.

Experience with payments platforms is an asset

Strong grounding in both web usability and technology

What You Need To Know

7 years of related experience in Quality Management and/or Construction Management is preferred.

Strong analytical, data management skills.
