Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst- Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) will manage all ZBB spend across Canada and North America Coffee Business Unit (CANAC).
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CANAC entities to establish the 5-year strategic plan and bottoms-up budget for the following year; analyze year-over-year spend and KHC initiatives to determine the best areas to invest
• Provide insights on entity level forecasts and budgets using cost drivers- benchmark analysis- and other KPIs to drive KHC business decisions
• Maintain financial reporting cadence with CANAC stakeholders- including actuals and forecasting- presenting monthly financial results to NA CFO- BU Leadership- and Global ZBB leadership
• Support Senior Finance on ad hoc ZBB requests

Qualifications

• Excel mastery paired with analytical curiosity
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
• Experience using Microsoft products (Excel- PowerPoint)- SAP suites- Tableau- or Alteryx
• Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate within peer group and with senior leadership
• Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
• Investment banking- private equity- consulting- FP&A- commercial finance experience preferred
