Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Accountant for a two-month term with the possibility of extension. In this role you will perform a review of historical journal entries, perform ongoing full cycle accounting duties and train users in the use of Deltek Costpoint.

The Senior Accountant’s Duties Will Include

• Training employees on proper system use
• Other duties as required
• Reviewing past entries and making corrections
• Posting entries and performing period close activities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• The ability to travel to the United States
• A minimum of five years of related experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Strong experience with Deltek Costpoint is mandatory
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, CPA designation an asset
