We're looking to develop a handful of new sales representatives to the point where they can produce consistent sales and then lead a small team of sales reps. Our management team was trained in a similar fashion, so they're an excellent source of knowledge and provide ongoing training and coaching to accelerate your success. People who have played sports, appreciate teamwork, and/or have a passion for competition tend to do well in this role!

As a Sales Representative, you will be working as part of a team to:

• Approach potential customers and pre-qualify them before pitching them
• Set up branded displays and apply a systematic, low-pressure sales strategy
• Learn about a specific client, their products, and their primary target market
• Spread brand awareness, answer common questions, and overcome objections
• Close sales and process digital sales transactions from long-term buyers
• Read and respond to customers while using stories/examples to relate to them

Throughout the working week, you'll also likely be learning how to:

• Adapt and overcome challenges while making on-the-spot decisions
• Conduct general market research in an effort to improve future campaigns
• Run small in-house workshops or training sessions to share recent successes
• Coordinate teams, plan travel, and manage the territory for a specific client
• Work in partnership with local and national venues where we host campaigns

Earning Potential:

You'll receive a basic salary, and like most sales roles, you'll also be earning commissions and bonuses for achieving certain sales targets, so this is a great opportunity for people who want to be in control of their earnings! Average first-year earnings are $42,500-$52,500, but we have seen people earn $60,000+ during their initial year with us.
