Job Description
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, this position works to coordinate all social media marketing components for the business and its clients. Overall objectives include planning, developing, and executing social media strategies to grow the business and generate leads for its clients.
This coordinator has an in-depth knowledge of all areas of social media management and marketing; having experience working in an established business is a must. The Social Media Coordinator will plan, create content and execute a results-driven social media strategy for the business and its clients.
Responsibilities:
Attend monthly social media strategy for business and its clients.
Maintain brand voice across different social media channels.
Collaborate with team and client to create a social media calendar.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Lead in the creation and editing of written, graphics, photo, and video content.
Attend events and photoshoots to produce live or prerecorded social media content.
Monitor social media channels for the business and its clients.
Interact with users and respond to social media comments.
Assist in the development and management of social media marketing strategy.
Review analytics and create monthly social media reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
B2C and B2B social media marketing and content development
Strong communication and listening skills
Strong copywriting skills
Time management skills
Proficiency with video, photo editing tools, project management tool (Dubsado, Canva, and CapCut)
Ability to understand current and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus

Compensation
20 hours a week at $19.00/hour - $25.00/hour
Hours of work are between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends depending on client events.
