Supervisory Experience Including

Duties Involved

• Place purchase orders from approved vendors.
• Receive product following receiving guidelines.
• Be accountable for proper product rotation and removal of outdated product.
• Manage inventory and out-of-stock items
• Manage product selection, quality, freshness, and packaging standards at all times
• Give customers the best possible experience! Ensure our Meridian service and hospitality standards are delivered to customers through every touch point of the store experience.
• Routinely communicate with the Department Manager to discuss activities and challenges, and to develop strategies for a more successful operation.
• Challenge current practices to develop and execute plans for continuous improvements in efficiency and customer experience.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with managers and team members, strive for harmony and teamwork with all other company staff and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the direct supervision of all department displays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
