Service Operations Supervisor Jobs

Description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our clients team to provide recommendations and suggestions for new services to their clients. You will be responsible for managing the process to assign, perform, and document contracted work from clients by franchisees and subcontractors. This position is incredibly important for growth as well as our clients responsibility to assist in delivering value and growth opportunities for our clients business partners.

• Monitor progress of assigned work to ensure timely delivery of service to meet customer expectations.
• Assign ongoing contracts or individual work orders to franchisees or subcontractors, ensuring that customer requirements are communicated effectively.
• Standardize and document processes and procedures for these operations tasks across the organization.
• Coordinate with the sales team to onboard new customer contracts or service programs.
• Ensure matching of customer and invoicing to facilitate timely payments.
• Train and onboard new coordinators on the processes and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to customer issues and complaints and ensure the timely resolution.
• Communication with the operations team to ensure the subcontractor agreements are managed and maintained properly.
• Interact with customer work order management and compliance platforms to ensure proper documentation is provided during onboarding and ongoing throughout contract life-cycle.

Requirements

• High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Strong communication and listening skills to assist internal and external customers.
• Experienced in B2B account management, service coordinator, sales assistant or similar role with cross-departmental responsibilities.
• Experience working in Salesforce would be considered an asset but is not mandatory
• Excellent computer skills with expertise in work processing, preferable Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Self-motivated and takes ownership of processes and systems.
• Seeks to foster collaboration and teamwork to drive efficiencies and achieve objectives.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
