We’re embarking on an exciting journey with the growth and evolution of our Home Solutions offerings.
In this role as Senior Market Manager, Go To Market - Base Engagement, you will have direct ownership to shape the customer engagement strategy of our rapidly growing portfolio. The successful candidate will join a team of all-star marketers working in an entrepreneurial environment to stand-up one of the highest-profile projects at TELUS.
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor base engagement to identify opportunities and implement changes that will foster a culture of customer satisfaction and retention through operational process improvements, frontline coaching, job aid toolkits and offers
  • Partner with our data, marketing communications and deployment teams to design best-in-class campaigns leveraging propensity models and personas to personally connect with customers via mediums and messaging that best resonates with them
  • Collaborate with a large group of stakeholders across products and services, operations, and digital to map a digital-first onboarding, cross-sell and upsell journey for new Home Solutions customers in emerging growth markets
  • Lead the strategic development, planning, tactical execution and reporting of the customer engagement strategy to achieve likelihood to recommend, product intensity and churn targets
What You Bring
  • Known for your focus on strategy, you’re a seasoned strategic marketer who can articulate consumer needs, develop go-to-market plans and execute complex programs
  • A natural leader with a reputation for building strong relationships, tackling ambiguous problems, and driving action
  • Experience developing and managing complex email, SMS and outbound campaigns
  • A passion for data that will translate into the development of data-informed customer journeys and marketing campaigns
  • Known for your ambitious spirit, bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Recognized for your project management, organization, execution skills, attention to detail, and persistence in the face of resistance
Great to haves
  • A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or communications
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Marketing and business management positions
  • Experience building and managing base management and retention campaigns
  • Knowledge of the Google suite of applications, notably Slides and Sheets
  • Experience with reporting visualization tools such as Tableau and Domo
  • Strong articulate communication skills to deliver excellent presentations
