Position Description
As Manager – Strategy and Performance Management, you will be responsible for developing and managing an important market model to support the financial performance of the business, develop a performance dashboard of key KPIs and identifying and implementing opportunities to drive improved financial results. The successful candidate has a passion for solving complex business issues and improving the overall effectiveness of the company. He or she will have superior analytical skills, strong financial acumen, be able translate data into business intelligence and collaborate with internal and external Bell Mobility partners to influence outcomes.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develop, analyze and review wireless market growth and share, wireless subscriber usage, pricing, financial drivers and subscriber performance metrics, helping to identify and quantify financial impacts to the wireless business
  • Be able to clearly plan, articulate results, solutions and actions both verbally and in presentations to senior leadership
  • Work closely with the internal teams such as finance, network, pricing, and product development to influence opportunities to drive improved performance
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and effectively engage and influence cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement improvements to systems, reporting and processes
Critical Qualifications And Competencies
  • Comfortable with Excel and working with large data sets to extrapolate meaningful understanding of results
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask several critical activities and projects at once
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Change management skills
  • Strong data management and problem solving skills
  • Robust written/verbal skills to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior leadership (VP and above)
  • A graduate with a Business or Finance background or similar discipline.
  • Able to assess trends and performance
Preferred Qualifications And Competencies
  • Experience in managing complex data subsets and deriving meaningful outputs
