We are currently recruiting for a Group Manager to work at University of Gloucestershire.

Location: University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham

Rate of pay: Competitive + amazing benefits!

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

You will share the same passion for great service, food and drink that we do! You will be a natural leader and innovator experienced in managing operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with the ability to build and inspire great teams and communicate with different service lines to meet client requirements.

As Account Manager you will manage a single client relationship with multiple sites with a turnover of £2 million and above. You will have great commercial acumen and act to make a positive difference every day and inspire your heads of department to do the same especially in periods of change.

We want you to plan ahead and excel in engaging with key stakeholders to manage and maintain a positive client relationship and lead your team to meet contract requirements front and back of house. We also want you to contribute to wider business initiatives and projects including playing a strategic role in growing the business within the University Sector.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Through active involvement in external activities, contribute to the wider personal recognition and promotion of CH&CO in industry.
• Act as the main point of contact for the senior stakeholder on the UoG Contract
• To undertake CH&CO specific training courses relevant to this role
• Create, own and manage personal development plan.
