Due to recent project success and continued growth of our advisory team, we are seeking to recruit a Senior advisory consultant with experience of alternative procurement models. The Candidate will support the delivery of multiple strategic advisory mandates for both public sector and private sector clients with potential roles covering procurement options analysis, procurement document development and project set up for major infrastructure projects.

Typical Work Will Involve

• Supporting public sector authorities with strategic advice for the procurement, delivery and operations of their infrastructure programs and projects
• Supporting and leading the preparation of proposals
• Business development and client engagement
• Drafting reports and project audits
• Supporting risk management for both internal and external mandates
• Project management mandates
• Structuring and developing procurement documentation, including, but not limited to, alternative forms of procurement such as P3s, CMGCs, and PDBs
• Supporting and/or leading business case development
• Internal project management (including budgets) and reporting
• Supporting initiatives for the regional and global business

Candidate Specification

Candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and experience will be considered for the role:

• Familiar and proficient with project management processes
• A post-secondary degree with 10+ years of career experience related to the development of technical procurement documentation, engineering and/or infrastructure development
• Experience of projects in multiple sectors (e.g. Built environment, Transportation, Water, Energy etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of leading and working within a team
• Knowledge and experience of risk identification, management and mitigation
• Able to work independently and unsupervised
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Positive attitude, team player
