• FIREWALL EXPERTISE IS A MUST HAVE FOR THIS POSITION.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive Information Security Analyst to join our expanding Information Security team with a focus on networking and security. As an Information Security Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to detect and investigate potential security events on our networks using top-of-the-line security tools. You will also be accountable for resolving any security issues that you uncover during your investigation. Additionally, managing and maintaining our theatre firewall infrastructure will be a crucial aspect of your role. A strong background in networking, operating system management, and experience in a security role is necessary to excel in this position. While a degree or formal training in Information Security or Computer Science is a plus, experience working with firewalls in an administrative and maintenance capacity is mandatory.

As a Security Analyst - you will be responsible to:

• Document security incidents and assess any potential impact to our company;
• Monitor networks for security events and issues; Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents;
• Act as Information Security subject matter expert and provide support to our projects;
• Manage and maintain theatre firewall infrastructure; support installation, manage upgrades and operation of the firewalls, and work with theatre partner network support to integrate into their networks;
• Work with internal teams on security, risk, governance and project-based programs;
• Develop company-wide standards, policies and best practices for IT security;
• Conduct security risk assessments and participate in industry audits;
• Document procedures for and mitigation techniques to cross-train IT Helpdesk;
• Support our company's engineering, theatre installation and theatre support teams as a subject matter expert and Tier 2 support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and inter-personal presentation skills
• 3+ years dedicated networking experience
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of security tools and technologies:
• Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Mobile Device Management
• Creative problem-solver
• Routing, Switching and Firewall products (Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco Meraki)
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Intrusion Detection capabilities
• Windows, Linux OS
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Experience with enterprise-class IT Infrastructure
• Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Vulnerability scanning and penetration methodologies
• Palo Alto firewalls and Global Protect
• Experience working with Juniper firewalls (SRX300), managing infrastructure, supporting interconnectivity to/within client networks
• Splunk infrastructure, queries, and visualizations
• Workstation encryption
• Provide advanced level of information security support of our projects
• Endpoint Protection technologies
• 2+ years dedicated Information Security experience
