The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable about the company, our clientele, and familiar with basic construction terminology. Minimum requirements for this position include:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work on multiple tasks
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in computer file management
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Email)
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer Focused; excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Create reports, presentations, and documents using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Screen telephone calls, take messages, and redirect calls appropriately
- Manage office documentation and paperwork
- Assist in providing quotes and answering client questions
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, such as invoices and bills
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Analyze incoming and outgoing memos and other company-related documents
- Send and respond to emails
Qualifications
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
