Bitnine (bitnine.net) is a global database management system software and data analysis solution provider operating in various countries including South Korea, Canada and the US.
You will be primarily responsible for representing Bitnine’s DBMS (Relational, Graph) software products and related services. You will be expected to articulate the sales strategy and messaging and ensure that the strategy is carried out effectively in business areas. You will be mainly measured on your sales numbers and partners' business performance.
Responsibilities
- Have a clear understanding of infrastructure software industry and how to break into existing relational database market
- Agree and achieve sales targets with existing and new partners identified
- Meet quantitative and qualitative performance expectations and set high standards for articulation and presentation of key messages and value proposition
- Develop a sales plan on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
- Monitor and challenge performance of each partner with monthly performance reviews that seek to continuously implement solutions that help growth
- Develop channel partnerships which are optimized for exceptional revenue growth across the company's products and services
- Ensure that the company is providing the optimized level of business and technical supports to partners
- Build pipeline with partners to achieve sales targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales interactions
- Self-motivated, driven for success and delivering results through partners
- Knowledge and experience of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing of an infrastructure software deal
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Proven ability to establish, nurture and develop trusted relationships
- Record of consistently achieving an above-plan sales performance
- Minimum of 5+ years proven and successful software sales experience managing sales growth through partners
- Degree level education / Master’s degree in a relevant discipline would be preferred but is not essential subject to proven business experience
