Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor sales consultants to achieve dealership sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and objectives to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout sales processes.
- Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.
- Assist in setting pricing strategies and maintaining expense control systems.
