Job Description

The Position

Your primary objective as aSales Consultantis to contact potential customers and advise them on which drone/drones and technology solutions would work best for them and their respective department/company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales efforts with the management team by reviewing progress on your assigned list and discussing how sales activities are unfolding
  • Organize quotes/bids, and actively negotiate contracts
  • Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
  • Act as the first escalation point of contact to handle the complexity involved in the accounts in a timely manner to meet the customer’s needs
  • Provide end-to-end support for customers
  • Forecast and track account performance metrics
  • Play an active role in securing and maintaining the trust of clients by developing strong, long-term relationships
  • Promote the sale of new products as they are introduced to the market
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups as needed to support current and prospective clients
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and consistent customer follow up
  • Market products and services through a variety of channels, including trade shows, sales calls and digital presentation

Education And Experience Required

  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
  • Experience with Customer and Sales Relationship Management (CRM/SRM) tools
  • Understanding of sales principles, processes, and order management.
  • The ability to learn and execute a consultative sales process
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Minimum three years experience selling to C-level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Minimum three years in Enterprise B2B sales support/operations environment
  • Open to feedback/coaching and committed to professional development
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work
  • Must be able to work hybrid. Must be able to commute to Toronto, and surrounding areas depending on meetings
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the tech or robotics industry is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • You are an engaging individual, full of energy, with a willingness to learn
