We are looking for the next addition to our growing team – Mobility and Accessibility Consultant. Based in Orangeville and Brampton region.

The role:
We are expanding our team and looking for qualified Mobility/Accessibility Consultants across Southwestern Ontario. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of a client relationship during the purchase process of life-changing equipment including: wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, patient furniture, lifting devices, and bathroom/bedroom safety items.
We’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable consultant who thrives on creating solutions and enjoys collaborating closely with therapists to tailor mobility and assisted living products to perfectly suit their clients' needs.

What your days will look like:
- Be Flexible and Mobile:Your days will involve traveling to various locations, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, residences, and schools, to demonstrate our products and services.
- Provide Solutions: Working directly with therapists, you will conduct evaluations (assessments) of clients facing mobility/accessibility challenges and find solutions to solve their needs.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: As a driving force in our business, you will expand your network by creating relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities in the community.
What you bring (Qualifications):
Your trustworthiness makes you a natural choice for clients. You actively seek ways to enrich their lives by addressing their mobility and accessibility requirements, finding satisfaction in doing so. Joining a growing company and being part of a collaborative team is what excites you.
- Experience: You have experience inmobility and accessibility equipment, fitting, and maintenance. Alternatively, you may come from a background inOccupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or other healthcare areas and are interested in transitioning to a sales consultant role.
- Additional must have requirements.You have a valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable. You can lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Sales Drive:As a natural problem solver, you excel in asking thoughtful questions to understand client needs. You are strong at generating and pursuing leads, building relationships, and achieving targets.
- Innovation: You possess the ability to innovate and find new ways to meet client needs, generating new leads and contributing to the continued growth of our business.
- Technical Skills:You are proficient with Customer Relationship Databases (CRMs) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Sage 300 or Goldmine are a plus.
