DHL Express has an opening for an Retail Sales Channel Representative in our Brampton location. This role is responsible for building and driving revenue to increase DHL’s presence in the Retail Channel. The Retail Channel plays an important role in promoting DHL’s brand as well as providing convenience as a physical drop-off point for customers. The Retail Executive will develop and execute telephone, web, email, and mail marketing strategies to build loyalty and increase revenue from existing retail stores as well as establish and qualify clients/prospects
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Generates new revenue via calls to DHL (Retail) Service Point Partners within and assigned geographic area
• Identify and activate exclusive partners in assigned geography
• Facilitate regional partner events and trainings
• Identify potential locations for new DHL owned and partner locations in assigned geography
• Support growth efforts for DHL owned locations in assigned geography
• Works in collaboration with Retail Sales Manager and Retail Business Analyst to support a base of Retail Partners with the intent to gain more shipments from the competition and to provide customer satisfaction and retention

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Senior service, production, or support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility
• Generally, 2-4 years of experience in a related area of responsibility. Preference would be experience in inside sales or retail role
• Self-Motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
• Performs all the standard and some specialized, more complex aspects of the function
• Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create rapport with prospective clients
