We are looking for a Relationship Specialist to join BrokerLink and work out of our Glenmore office in Calgary, AB Branch, on a Permanent FT Basis.
Individuals in this position will focus on growing our relationships with key industries within Alberta. This will include existing partners, as well as prospecting new relationships. They will focus on client relationships, building awareness within BrokerLink and expanding BrokerLink initiatives.

What the Role Entails:
  • Build communication strategy to increase awareness of our lead generation programs within BrokerLink through things such as branch visits and NCT meetings. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the internal team to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and meet / exceed assigned objectives & targets.
  • Analyze business opportunities for BrokerLink; make recommendations to assist branch offices in the development of their specific business plan. Responsible for sales planning process and contract administration including quarterly administration payments (where applicable).
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure they are solid. Provides support to key contacts as warranted, ensures internal stakeholders are engaged and deliverables are met, and acts as a secondary resource to the stakeholder.
  • Provide ongoing training, through orientation/onboarding, special presentations, sales training, and customer service to strengthen BrokerLink’s brand in the program space.
  • Working with Sales Branch Manager, responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of relationship strategies, including marketing plans and budgets.
  • Works in conjunction with the Branch Managers, Territory Managers, and sales team to execute objectives including the identification of new partnerships.
The Successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years
  • Management years of experience: Helpful but not necessary
