As a Registered Nurse ( RPN ) at Jarlette Health Services, you will work under the direction of the Director of Care in the home and will manage, evaluate, and facilitate the residents’ plan of care through collaboration with the resident, family members and the interdisciplinary team.

The following traits and qualifications are required:

• Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. O.Reg 79/10, s. 46
• Contributes to a home environment for residents that ensure the values of Jarlette Health Services are met
• Ensures all MOHLTC requirements are met.
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
• A demonstrated use of current care technology.
• Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education, training, and professional development
• Shall exhibit strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Performs care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team
