Registered Mental Health Nurse // Crisis & Htt

HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in the Basildon Crisis and Home Treatment Team. You will work on a two week rota Mon – Sun. Shift pattern will alternate from 9-5, 9 – 7:30pm and 8-8.

The post holder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs and their development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for Older Adults and Adults of Working Age with mental health problems that are referred to the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
