Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) for a busy medical and cosmetic dermatology practice.
The position includes providing skin care consultations and treatments, including but not limited to:
mole removal,
skin tag removal,
wart removal,
genital wart removal,
anal skin tag removal.
Ensuring charts are up to date.
Administrative tasks include reviewing inventory and maintenance of facilities. Preparing and creating documentation for patient charts, including questionnaires, consent forms, before and after pictures, and scheduling follow-up visits.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Diploma or Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree required.
Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Three to five years of experience in a cosmetic dermatology clinic is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology required.
Evidence of problem-solving and conflict resolution skills required.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Demonstrates effective listening and verbal skills required.
Professional attire is required.
Demonstrates flexibility to accept changes to areas of responsibility as required
Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentially for all information pertaining to the work environment.
Status on CPR, FIT Testing, and other regulatory occupational health and human resource certifications required at time of hire.
Current police check at hire (within 6 Months) required.
