Your Opportunity
Our Toronto office is looking for a permanent full time Receptionist to help support the Facilities team. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
  • Sort and deliver mail and courier packages
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining supply room
  • Ensure reception is opened/closed appropriately
  • Ordering coffee and maintaining coffee machine
  • Greeting clients and providing direction as appropriate
  • Providing administrative support where needed to team such as letter preparation, invoicing, etc
  • Answering phones and directing incoming calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Maintaining the front desk and reception area in an organized and professional manner
  • Ensure meeting rooms and kitchen area are maintained and cleaned

Your Experience And Education
  • You have a cheerful outlook and a high energy personality
  • You are well organized and have an eye for detail
  • Office Administration diploma or similar education would be considered an asset
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer driven environment and have had experience completing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong Microsoft Office skills for data entry and analysis
  • You have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with others
