Real Estate Agent & Buyer/Leasing Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time, energetic team member to join us and together create lifelong relationships with our clients!

What are we looking for:

We have a busy agent who is looking for an amazing licensed agent, who is motivated to grow their business. This person wants to join a team and work with primarily lease but also buyer leads. Bonus; this person wants to grow a team and become a leader themselves.

• Support, training, marketing assistance, guidance.

What we require:

• You must be an agent who wants to learn, grow and make money.
• You have to have experience working with people.
• You MUST be a licensed agent, please do not send your resume if you do not have a license to trade in real estate in Ontario.
• You must have a great attitude and want hungry to achieve more as with the right person, you will be given every opportunity to build your business (with someone's direct guidance and support) to build more sales, grow your business and hopefully develop your own team.
• The majority of our work is in the downtown Toronto area.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Experience with MLS, Geowarehouse, webforms, etc.
• Detail-oriented and Organized.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working with clients, calling leads, working a database etc
• Willingness to learn and grow your career.
• Perform efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and Punctual.
• Licensed real estate agent in TRREB.

This is a commission-based role, leads will be provided, however.
