Qualifications:

- Must have an active real estate license, experience of minimum 2 (TWO) years in real estate.

- Additional sales experience is preferred

- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal, honest and hardworking

- Must be motivated and determined

- A team player, with a group and growth mindset

Responsibilities:

- Hold open houses (in-person/virtually)

- Go on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties

- Manage leads within our CRM

- Complete daily tasks within the CRM

- Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps

- Build rapport with buyers/wholesalers/sellers

- Writing contracts

- Listing agreements

- Attend closings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

• Monday to Friday
• Evenings
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Real Estate: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

Must have a Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Must have a reliable computer and phone
