About The Opportunity
The Quality and Controlled Substance Technician (QCST), under the direction of the assistant manager, is responsible for the daily operation of the controlled substance department including order entry, fulfillment, stock replenishment, inventory counts, record keeping and transaction reporting. This position will also maintain and support ongoing development of the quality management program including monitoring and tracking of discrepancies, handling customer complaints and deviations, corrective actions and review and revisions of departmental standard operation procedures compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Certification preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and self motivation
- Competencies in other languages preferred; French an asset
- Good math skills, technical writing ability, and demonstrated comprehension of technical documentation and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification required
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacology

Hours
- Long Assignment Full-Time (100%) position, 75 Hours Bi-Weekly
- Dates are approximate and may be subject to change
