The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of the Retail Distribution network.

What This Role Is All About


  • Daily management of the direct to store deliveries for major retail accounts.
  • Analyze and explain the costs associated with routes under your responsibility.
  • Participate in and suggest cost savings initiatives to improve network results.
  • Additional tasks and general duties as required.
  • Respond to service requests from our external customers related to delivery schedules or delivery requirements.
  • Assist with Holiday Planning and delivery schedules.
  • Support Agropur’s third party carriers with billing concerns and route quantities analysis.
  • Work with our internal operation teams in warehousing and production to ensure accurate, on time delivery for our customers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of route equipment (ex: handhelds, printers, pallet movers, etc.)
  • Facilitate off day and emergency order requests.


What You Need To Join Our Team


  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in food production management
  • Computer literacy, ideally with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of ERP system an asset
  • Bachelor or College degree in a relevant field an asset
