Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Management Systems Coordinator. The successful incumbent will be responsible for QMS documentation, maintenance and coordination.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain Work Instructions/processes/procedures/QAPs/SOPs and airworthiness documentation related to DND requirements (F404 and J85).
• Review and analyze data, prepare Quality reports, and maintain records.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide oversight of work instructions as well as upkeep of QAPs/SOPs and manuals to reflect off-site employee requirements
• Coordinate on-site and off-site activities.

Position Requirements

• Experience with evaluating and implementing quality assurance tools and processes
• Aerospace Quality Assurance experience
• Familiar with QMS documentation and maintenance, and coordination.
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Great analysis skills
• Relevant Degree/ College Diploma or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Applications experience, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements, drawings,
• Attention to detail
