Position: Management Systems Advisor (Clerk VI)

Lead the development, implementation, and change management of new processes.

Alignment and KPI management with Audi AG (global), Audi Canada and Volkswagen Group Canada

Work with Audi and Group finance controlling to secure and manage digital budget

Integrate business goals and requirements into the overall customer ecosystem and digital strategy

Support the development of key product documentation including business, legal, technical, marketing, and support requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology Management or related discipline and/or equivalent relevant work experience

8+ years of experience in digital business integration & portfolio management

Digital Business Integration & Portfolio Management (NAR)

Integrate business goals and requirements into the overall customer ecosystem and digital strategy

Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements, drawings,

Maintain Work Instructions/processes/procedures/QAPs/SOPs and airworthiness documentation related to DND requirements (F404 and J85).

Provide oversight of work instructions as well as upkeep of QAPs/SOPs and manuals to reflect off-site employee requirements

Experience with evaluating and implementing quality assurance tools and processes

Strong Microsoft Applications experience, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written & oral communication skills.

5 years experience in a leadership and/or management role

Strong knowledge of all applicable railway standards and minimum requirements such as AREMA, TC-GCS, CROR, etc.

Lead a team of engineers to meet project requirements and deliver on-time, in budget deliverables

10 years experience in Railway Design

5 years experience in Railway S&C Testing & Commissioning is an asset

Experience and familiarity with the application of OESC and CSA standards
