Quality Assurance Supervisor Jobs

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities in the production plant. You will implement and maintain quality control procedures, coordinate inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will lead a team of quality control technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Supervisor role must have 3-5 years of quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment and a working knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API standards).

• You have proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• You are proficient in using quality control tools and software.
• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
• You have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
• You have a strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, quality management systems, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
• You have working knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API standards).
• You have experience in leading and supervising a team, including performance management and development.

What you do

• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures, policies, and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in quality assurance activities.
• Lead and manage a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control activities, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
