Project Engineer Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes as well as closely evaluating the manufacturing costs and variances while working on process improvements and cost savings initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes
• Supports manufacturing launch of new or revised products
• Collect and present data from the production processes
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls
• Root cause analysis
• Process improvement implementation

Qualifications

• Strong experience with machinery, electrical/automation controls and maintenance
• 3-4+ years' of experience with capital improvement, injection moulding, process improvements and mechanical engineering
• Effective communication skills; written and verbal
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
