Our client, a leading national wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks and industrial products to the construction industry has an immediate opening for a Profit Centre Manager to join their team in Dryden, ON. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Profit Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations. What You Will Be Doing

• Recruit, train, coach and develop the team
• Lead and develop all business operations at the profit center
• Analyze reports and develop & implement strategies
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit-sharing goals
• Meet and exceed customer expectations

What You Bring To The Table

• Ability to learn how to operate equipment and applicable software systems
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience
• Strong focus on operational excellence
• A college diploma or university degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business acumen

Preferred

• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Previous experience or knowledge of plumbing and building products
