Through acquisition and bids, the company continues to grow and service high volume accounts. Bringing on new facilities and undertaking projects, plants will take single site leadership, acting as Production Manager, with overall plant responsibility including P&L. Seeking leadership in guiding through cultural change, increasing morale, process improvements and standardization. Leading a team of two direct reports across a three shift operation, a mix of operational, manufacturing and technical experiences will highlight candidacy. Best suited for a Operations or Production Manager of a larger plant with budgetary responsibility, a Plant Manager of a smaller operation or a Sr. Supervisor who is ready to take the next step who has been mentored and developed across more structured environments.
