Join our dynamic team as a Production Manager & Estimator, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing repair processes, collaborating with customers and insurers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. From assessing damages to providing accurate estimates and managing production workflows, your expertise will drive the efficient and successful restoration of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on automotive repair technologies and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge practices
• Leadership: Provide leadership to production staff, guiding them to achieve top-tier outcomes
• Detailed Estimates: Prepare meticulous repair estimates encompassing parts, labour, and associated costs
• Allocation and Oversight: Assign repair orders and allocate hours to technicians, overseeing production processes for optimal efficiency
• Comprehensive Assessment: Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles, accurately assessing the extent of required repairs
• Quality Assurance: Ensure repair quality adheres to standards and complies with occupational health and safety regulations
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of repair assessments, estimates, and work orders
• Customer Collaboration: Engage closely with customers and insurance adjusters to evaluate the damage and provide precise estimates

Requirements

• License: Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Drivers Abstract
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Onsite training will also be provided
• Problem-Solving: Display critical thinking and forward-thinking abilities in solving complex challenges
• Collaborative Skills: Demonstrates skill in working together with different groups of people involved
• An understanding of the collision repair process, including in-depth knowledge of OEM procedures is an asset
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience: Experience as a Collision Estimator and/or in the collision repair industry is an asset.
