Collaborating with the Director of Finance, you'll drive the financial integrity of our corporate shared services through meticulous accounting processes and insightful reporting.

Your Key Role: Financial Stewardship

• Balanced Reconciliation: Maintain the capital assets ledger and reconcile bank, credit card, and HST accounts monthly, embodying attention to detail.
• Precise Transactions: Execute accurate stamping, matching, coding, verification, and posting of invoices while ensuring compliance with company practices and policies.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with suppliers, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to address outstanding invoices, payments, and financial queries.
• Full-Cycle Expertise: Manage the complete accounting cycle for TCG Services, demonstrating proficiency in maintaining daily and monthly financial functions up to trial balance.

Your Skills in Action: Financial Analysis

• Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate on the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, conducting variance analyses and offering insights to aid decision-making.
• Budget Mastery: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections, fostering a holistic understanding of financial health.
• System Excellence: Identify, test, and implement system improvements, showcasing your proficiency with software, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Your Expertise In Action:

• Experience and Expertise: Bring a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in accounting, accompanied by a post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance.
