A.NATURE & SCOPE OF POSITION:

• Responsible for Managing Product Development programs at Armada while following all IATF 16949 requirements. Act as integral part of the product engineering team..

B.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead product design engineer on programs
• Combination of project management and technical lead on new automotive products. Use engineering knowledge to overcome technical challenges
• Utilize all IATF 16949 product engineering systems
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers. Main customer contact.
• Develop strong customer relationships on key customer accounts
• Develop and oversee the new automotive product programs to meet our growth requirements and to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure Armada is aware of leading edge technology on our products

C.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Automotive Product Design, APQP and launch experience. Experience in plastic injection molding, design of functional assemblies, product testing / validation reports.
• Engineering degree required.
• Get it done attitude a must.
• Project management
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
